It’s been almost a year since I’ve quit drinking soda—not even a sip in over 44 weeks (see “Soda Quit Counter: mattg.me).

Water is incredibly refreshing, juice tastes great, but I felt like I was missing something (besides beer/alcohol)—smoothies.

  • 1 Blood Orange
  • 1 Handful of Pineapple chunks
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Cup of ice
