How I experience the web today

It always starts with a search and ends up with the bombardment of ads, popups, cookie notices, and the sheer lack of a good user experience. It doesn't feel as exciting as it once did, it feels sort of like the movie Wall-E or that scene in Wreck it Ralph. This is exactly how I feel about the web today. It's a frustrating and difficult to get straight to the point.
